DSP Group™ offers CleaReco, a broad portfolio of silicon features and software solutions for reducing power consumption and emission of cordless telephone products. These solutions allow cordless products based on DSP group products to be green and environmentally friendly, meeting industry trends and regulations.

DSP Group CleaReco includes the following:
  • Zero radiation mode - this CAT-iq standardized feature is supported by all DSP Group platforms, enabling complete deactivation of transmission while in idle mode for reducing the electromagnetic pollution at the home.
  • Dynamic Transmission power control - All DSP Group platforms support multiple transmission power levels for optimal handset power and emission control per range and link quality. This capability allows for optimizing the battery life and saving unnecessary emissions.
  • CleaRange – A family of innovative algorithms and silicon design features for increasing the range without the need to increase power and emission level, or for allowing radiation level and power reduction without losing effective range. This family includes the CleaRange audio protection algorithm; Maximal Likelihood Sequence Estimation (MLSE) and Embedded Antenna Diversity for improve system sensitivity.
  • Embedded DCDC regulator for reducing handset power consumption (talk current) and increasing Talk time with standard batteries, achieving Talk time of over 24 hours and Standby time of 3 weeks
