Over the past 10 years, DSP Group has maintained a leading position in speech processing solutions for consumer and business applications. DSP Group invented Digital Answering Machines in the late 80's and has pioneered an innovative speech compression algorithm, which over time has become the industry standard. Our widely recognized TrueSpeech® is now part of the Windows® operating system, and our G.723.1 algorithm was adopted by ITU-T for Videoconferencing and Voice over IP standards. DSPG was among the first companies to provide a variable-speed, digital playback algorithm - FlexiSpeechTM. Our remarkable True FULL Duplex Speakerphone® algorithm takes first place over the competition. The voice recognition technology deployed by DSPG has allowed our customers to design state-of-the-art voice-controlled products years before the industry started talking about voice control.
