Eli Ayalon Executive Chairman |

Eliyahu Ayalon has led DSP Group for over a decade. Appointed as President, CEO and Director in 1996, he also began serving as Chairman of the Board in January 2000. After stepping down as CEO between April 2005 and January 2006, during which he served as Executive Chairman, he resumed his tenure as CEO in January 2006. Eli subsequently completed his tenure as CEO in July 2009, at which time he was appointed once again as Executive Chairman. Prior to joining DSP Group, Eli served as President and CEO of Mennen from 1992 to 1996. Since 2002, Eli has served as a director of CEVA Inc., a developer and licensor of DSP cores and related platform-level IP for the semiconductor industry, including a stint as its Chairman. Eli also is a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a member of the Executive Committee of Ariel University Center. Eli earned a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. |

Ofer Elyakim Chief Executive Officer |

Ofer Elyakim was appointed CEO of DSP Group in July 2009. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Senior Vice President and SEA President, with responsibility for managing DSP Group's business activities in South-East Asia. Ofer joined DSP Group in January 2006 as Director of Investor Relations and Business Development, and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in May 2007. Previously, Ofer worked as a research analyst covering media and broadcasting companies at CIBC World Markets in New York. Prior to that, Ofer held several management positions at Radvision, Tundo Communications and Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global. A certified public accountant, Ofer holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BA in Computer Science and Accounting from Tel Aviv University. |

Dror Levy Corporate Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer |

After joining DSP Group in 2002 as Corporate Controller, Dror Levy was promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance in January 2006 and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in July 2006. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where he served as an account manager in the high-tech practice. A certified public accountant, Dror holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Business and Accounting from the Israeli College of Management. |

Eli Fogel Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer |

Dr. Eli Fogel has served as CTO at DSP Group since 2002. Previously, Eli served as CTO and R&D general manager of DSP Communications from 1996 to 1999; after Intel acquired that firm in 1999 (for some $1.6 billion), he proceeded to serve as CTO of Intel's Cellular division. Before joining DSP Communications, Eli held a development management position at Motorola, served as Chief Scientist of the System Division at Tadiran, and was a scientist at Draper Laboratory. Eli's academic career has included serving as a professor at the University of Notre Dame, an MS thesis advisor for MIT students, and adjunct professor at Tel Aviv University. He has authored multiple papers and patents in the fields of signal processing, communications, and system identification and control. Eli received his Ph.D and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, and his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. |

Brian Robertson President |

Brian Robertson brings to DSP Group over 15 years experience in the semiconductor industry, in diverse roles covering general management, marketing, sales and product development. Brian joined DSP Group with the acquisition of the Cordless and IP Terminals business of NXP Semiconductors, where he served as VP and GM of the acquired business line. Prior to that, Brian spent five years in Asia, leading marketing and sales activities for NXP across the region. Previously, Brian was responsible for product development for the cordless business line at NXP. Brian holds a B. Eng. degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bristol. |

Avi Barel Corporate Vice President of Sales |
Responsible for worldwide sales activities, Avi Barel has served in his current position since January 2005. Prior to joining the Company in 2003, he was Vice President and General Manager of Winbond Israel, managing its digital speech IC products division. Previously, he served in a variety of R&D and business management positions at National Semiconductor and Veritas Software. Holding several patents in the area of speech processing, Avi earned his M.Sc. in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |

Oz Zimerman Corporate Vice President of Marketing |

Oz Zimerman is responsible for leading the company's overall marketing strategy and activities, its positioning, branding, product strategy and management, as well as supporting its worldwide expansion. Oz brings over 20 years of global marketing and business development experience to DSP Group. Prior to joining DSP Group, he was Vice President and CMO at Comverse (CMVT), where he defined services evolution, led global positioning, and initiated and developed partnerships. Before joining Comverse, he held various management positions at ECI Telecom for 8 years. He left ECI as Vice President Strategic Marketing and Business Development, where he led the company’s Broadband Access strategy, alliances, M&As and channel sales. Previously, he held senior executive positions at Comfy Interactive, a multimedia systems company, and at Shaldor, a leading management consulting firm. Oz Zimerman holds a BS in Industrial Engineering & Management from
Polytechnic
University and a MA in Business Administration & Industrial Engineering from
Columbia

Tali Chen Corporate Vice President of Human Resources |
|
Tali Chen is responsible for the management of all human resources and facility matters at DSP Group. Prior to joining the Company in 2008, Tali was employed at RADA Electronic Industries as Director of Commercial Legal Affairs and Human Resources. Previously, she served in the Israeli Defense Forces where she reached the rank of Major. During her service in the IDF, she also served as founding manager of the "Atidim for Industry" project, which helps students from lower socio-economic backgrounds integrate successfully within the industrial workforce. Prior to that, she managed the office of the head of the Israeli National Security Council, and completed her legal internship at office of the IDF Ombudsman. Tali earned her Bachelor of Law and Government degree at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya. |

Lior Blanka Corporate Vice President and Platform Division Manager |

Responsible for the delivery of DSP Group's system-on-a-chip (SoC) hardware and software solutions, Lior Blanka has more than 20 years experience in the wireless and SoC industries. He previously was employed at Intel as 3.5G cellular phone cross sites manager, and DSP Communications as CDMA phone reference design manager. Prior to that, he served as R&D department manager for military systems at Arit/Reshef, and project manager for security systems at the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Lior earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. |

Danny Hacohen Corporate Vice President of Business Operations |

Danny Hacohen is responsible for managing DSP Group's business operations, including its supply chain, planning, foundry interface, purchasing, IT and customer service activities. Prior to joining DSP Group in May 2007, Danny accumulated extensive experience in high-tech business and operations management. He arrived to the Company from the Emblaze Group, where he held the positions of COO and Vice President of Sales and Business Development in its fabless semiconductor and mobile handset portfolio companies. Before joining Emblaze, he served as Vice President of Sales for Tower Semiconductor from 1996 to 2004. From 1986 to 1996, Danny served as Senior Director of Materials and Logistics for National Semiconductor. Danny holds a BA in Social Sciences and Mathematics from the University of Haifa,with MBA studies from the University of Bradford. |

Ofer Ramon Corporate Vice President and VLSI & RF Division General Manager |

Building on many years of engineering, business and corporate management experience, Ofer Ramon joined DSP Group in 2001. Prior to joining DSP Group, Ofer was employed for 15 years at National Semiconductor, where he held several management positions including Director of Engineering and BU Manager in the Office Automation division. Before joining National Semiconductor, he co-founded a startup that developed control systems for industrial automation. Ofer holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University. |
