Produced with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) 0.18um CMOS technology, the RF22 includes a complete RF transceiver, PA, Tx-Rx antenna diversity switch, and crystal oscillator. Customized for low power consumption, the RF22 is offered in a QFN-56 package, and features a low external component count. |
