DSP Firmware Engineer
About The Position
Audio DSP activities including algorithm development, optimization & audio framework integration
Requirements
Description and responsibilities:
- Audio algorithm and Intrinsic library optimization/performance evaluation on specific DSP platforms.
- Integrating algorithms into DSP frameworks including design and development of framework adaptors.
- Technical Support for internal and external customers on use case implementation on the DSP platform.
- Design, development and maintenance of Audio algorithms on embedded DSP platforms.
Requirements:
- BE/B-Tech/M-Tech in Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Electrical / Embedded Systems
- 4+ years of experience in embedded domain in DSP and Firmware development.
- Must have strong exposure and development experience on audio post processing algorithms
- Experience in Evaluation, Porting and Optimization of audio algorithms as well as Intrinsic libraries.
- Experience on CEVA Fixed and Floating-point platforms including Assembly programming is a significant plus.
- Experience in audio frameworks such as ALSA is a plus.
- Must have Strong C/C++ programming skills
- Should possess strong analytical / troubleshooting skills
- Should possess strong communication skills
- Should be highly self-motivated and a strong team player
- Must be able to travel outside India
